The founders of the start-up Orixha, accompanied by Erganeo, are mobilizing in the face of COVID-19 and are supporting projects to develop ventilators adapted to the problems of patients severely affected by the epidemic.
In Canada, Mathieu Nadeau is participating in the BreatHere project to develop a robust, low-cost and easy-to-use ventilator. This project is led by engineers and researchers from numerous institutions, including the Université de Sherbrooke, Bishop's University and Arjo. It was selected among the 10 finalists of the Code Life Ventilator Challenge.
In France, Renaud Tissier and Matthias Kohlhauer brought their expertise to the National Veterinary School of Alfort and conducted validation tests on the RespiCLEAR solution developed by the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) to meet the ventilation equipment needs of French hospitals.
Bravo and thanks to them!
