The purpose of this contract is to identify a service provider to support Erganeo in monitoring the implementation of a shared information system as part of the Pôle Universitaire d'Innovation (PUI) SEVille of the Université Paris Est.
Erganeo would like to be supported in the development and implementation of the PUI SEVille shared information system.
The support involves the following tasks :
- Interface between Erganeo and the selected company
- Interface between the universities and the selected company (in particular for gathering the information required to set up the shared information system)
- Participation in the selected company's design workshops
- Proofreading of the chosen company's specifications following the workshops
- Acceptance of the developed application
- Deployment of the developed solution
- Support for Erganeo and the universities in using the application
- Drafting of minutes of meetings and summaries of project progress at each stage.
The deadline for receipt of bids is 12 noon on February 28, regardless of the method of submission. Bids received after the above deadline will not be considered.
