Are you an innovative start-up looking to boost your fundraising? French Tech Seed is for you!

The Hyperion consortium, co-piloted by Erganeo and the Cap Digital competitiveness cluster, accredited by Bpifrance and made up of eight permanent expert members (50 Partners, SoWeFund, Creative Valley, Université Gustave Eiffel, INCUB Sorbonne Paris Nord, Paris & Co, Descartes Développement & Innovation, and Greentech Innovation), is launching a new call for applications from innovative start-ups wishing to benefit from additional leverage when raising funds.

The way it works is simple: for every €1 raised in a capital increase by investors, the French Tech Seed scheme provides €2 in convertible bonds.

Eligibility requirements

The following conditions must be met for your application to be accepted:

- Your company was registered less than 3 years ago;
- You are carrying out a technology-intensive innovation;
- You are in the process of raising seed capital or you raised funds less than 3 months ago;
- You have raised more than €25,000;
- Your company has fewer than 50 employees.
