Suat Topsu, President of Erganeo since July 2018, stepped down to make way for Naceur Tounekti as head of the SATT in early October 2022.
As part of its refinancing for the period 2022-2024, Erganeo has established a new roadmap with a strategy and business plan that meets the expectations of the State. In this new phase, the SATT will focus on its maturation, technology transfer and commercialization missions for all economic players (from large corporations to start-ups, including SMEs and ETIs).
Given this new positioning, Mr. Suat Topsu did not wish to continue his mission and carry the new strategy. Naceur Tounekti, Erganeo's Deputy CEO since April 2016, succeeds him as Executive Chairman.
"It is an honor for me to have the trust and recognition of the company's directors, whom I thank very much", says Naceur Tounekti. "I will be very happy to lead Erganeo in this new phase with new challenges. My appointment is a continuation of my experience in Erganeo's management for more than six years. This configuration is a real asset to carry out the new roadmap which is currently under investigation and should be validated in the coming weeks."
